Where is my refund?

If you have been approved for a refund and are wondering where it is, here is what to expect:

Refund Processing Times

  • Most approved refunds are processed within a few business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If Your Refund Has Not Arrived

  1. Check Your Bank Statement — Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the charge. Look for a credit from HotBot AI.
  2. Contact HotBot AI Support — If you still do not see your refund after the expected timeframe, reach out to our support team at support@hotbot.com for further assistance.

Refund Policy Reminder

Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of a purchase and reviewed case by case. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not by itself trigger a refund. Common approved scenarios include trial cancellations and accidental duplicate charges.
