Gmail is the world’s most popular email client, with more than one billion users around the world. The service is more than just an email platform as well. It offers users cloud storage and integration with other Google apps. Unfortunately, some regions of the world block Gmail, restricting how users communicate and keep in touch with friends and family. Here’s how to unblock Gmail access with HotBot VPN:
- Step 1: Download and sign up for HotBot VPN.
- Step 2: Connect to one of our many servers in a location where Google is not blocked. We offer hundreds to choose from.
- Step 3: Enjoy free access to Gmail and all other Google services.
Can I unblock Gmail on any device?
Currently, HotBot VPN is available on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms so we have most of your bases covered! We’ll be adding more platforms to our roster as well, so stay tuned!
Why can’t I access Gmail in my region?
There are many reasons why networks may block Gmail. However, some are more likely than others. For example, a school or workplace that uses their own email network may block Gmail to prevent you from accessing personal emails while working. This happens most often as a way of reducing distractions. Another reason, and perhaps the most common, is that you live in a region affected by censorship. In this case, a ruling body, most likely the government, attempts to control and restrict the content accessed by citizens. In some regions, censors ban Gmail because it does not fit within their guidelines of acceptable content.
I have HotBot VPN but Gmail still doesn’t work. Why?
If you believe the problem originates on our end (and not an outage from Gmail), please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
